1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using StreamHub Studios' services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
2. Services Description
StreamHub Studios provides professional livestream selling production, e-commerce video production, studio rental, and related services in Zamboanga, Philippines. Services are subject to availability and booking confirmation.
3. Booking and Payment
- All bookings must be confirmed in writing or through our booking system
- A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking
- Full payment is due before or on the day of service delivery
- We accept bank transfers, cash, and major payment platforms
- Prices are in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and subject to change with notice
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 7+ days before scheduled date: Full refund minus 10% processing fee
- Cancellations made 3-6 days before: 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 3 days before: No refund
- StreamHub Studios reserves the right to cancel due to technical issues or emergencies with full refund
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate information about their project requirements
- Arrive on time for scheduled sessions
- Respect studio equipment and facilities
- Comply with all applicable laws regarding content creation
- Not use our services for illegal, harmful, or offensive content
6. Intellectual Property
- Clients retain ownership of their content and products
- StreamHub Studios retains rights to our equipment, facilities, and production techniques
- We may use project footage for portfolio and marketing with client permission
- Clients must have rights to any music, logos, or third-party content used
7. Limitation of Liability
StreamHub Studios is not liable for:
- Technical failures beyond our control (internet outages, platform issues)
- Loss of sales or revenue from livestream sessions
- Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
- Client's products, business practices, or legal compliance
8. Equipment and Facility Use
- Clients are responsible for any damage to equipment or facilities
- Food and drinks must be kept away from equipment
- Studio capacity limits must be respected
- Smoking is prohibited inside the studio
9. Content Guidelines
We reserve the right to refuse service for content that:
- Violates Philippine laws or regulations
- Infringes on intellectual property rights
- Contains harmful, offensive, or discriminatory material
- Promotes illegal products or services
10. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice. We will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of services.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Zamboanga City, Philippines.
